註冊須知 Registration Information

1. 校址 (School location): William R. Satz School, 24 Crawfords Corner Road , Holmdel, New Jersey 07733-0407
2. 上課時間 (School Day and Hours): Saturdays during academic school calendar year
   語言課 (Language class): 1st period 9:30 AM 10:20 AM, 2nd period 10:30 AM - 11:20 AM
   文化課 (Culture class): 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM
3. 語言課註冊資格Language Class Registration Requirement
   
   12/31/2025 前滿四歲(12/31/2021前出生) 始可註冊小幼班。

   中文程度 (Chinese Level)欄: 舊生請註明本學期/上學年上課班級; 新生請註明程度 (譬如熟悉注音符號, 簡單讀寫, 曾上中文學校三年等)。

   就讀班級 (Assigned Class)欄: 由教務處填寫。

   語言課班級因報名人數或師資關係,校方可做必要性班級調整或取消課程。
   Student must be 4 years old by 12/31/2025 (born before 12/31/2021) to register for the Pre-K class.

   Chinese Level: For returning students: please indicate previously attended class. For new students: please specify the student's proficiency level (e.g. understanding spoken Mandarin, reading and writing skills, finished Chinese school up to 3rd grade etc).

   Assigned Class: This column will be filled by the JSCS Curriculum Department during the registration process.

   Note: JSCS reserves the right to make class adjustments or cancel class due to student enrollment or teacher availability.
4. 每位學生學費 包含 語言課 , 文化課 Tuition per student includes language and culture class $495
   同一家庭第三名(含)以上學生 We offer a sibling discount of $30 for the third child $465
   民族舞蹈班 II（一學年25堂課，上課時間 11:30AM-1:00PM, 超過10位學生才開班，中途退出課程不退費) 額外學費 $290。詳情請看民族舞蹈跳舞班原則。 If your student selects Chinese Folk Dance II as their culture class, there is an additional $280 fee. This includes 25 classes, and runs from 11:30am-1pm. There is a 10 student minimum to open, and no refund if student withdraws during the school year. $10 discount if paid in full during registration. Please read the dance class policy for more details. $290
   Paid on or before 6/7 will have a $30 discount for tuition per student.
   每戶家長值日保證金 Parent Duty Deposit per family $60
5. 每家有擔任值星,校務、教務及文化小組的義務。每家预收值星義務費60元。值星義務共三次. 每次值星後將退回20元。成人班不交值星義務費,不必值星。
   Parent Duty: Parents have duty obligations. A $60 parent duty deposit per family will be collected during registration. Parents are asked to assist the school and board members 3 times during the school year. $20 will be refunded each time. The duty service fee is waived on adult class. There will be no duty fulfillment needed for adult class.
6. 將報名表連同支票 (抬頭 “Jersey Shore Chinese School”) 寄至學校郵政信箱 - P.O. Box 755, Holmdel, NJ 07733 - (郵戳為憑)

   於 2025 年 6 月 7 日前註冊,每位語文學生$30的折扣.
   Registration Details: When sending by mail, please be sure to include the registration form, and a check payable to “Jersey Shore Chinese School” Mail to P.O. Box 755, Holmdel, NJ 07733.

   * Early bird Registration - $30 discount per language student when received prior to Jun 07, 2025
7. 退費規定 Refund Policy:

   On or before the 1st school day	全額退費	Full Refund
   Before the 2nd school day of October	退 75% 學費	Refund 75% of tuition
   Before the 1st school day of February	退 50% 學費	Refund 50% of tuition
   After the 2nd school day of February	恕不退費	No Refund
   After the 1st school day	報名費 $35 恕不退費	Registration fee $35 is not refundable
